Jacques Degouve de Nuncques (62), a French national, has over 30 years of experience in development, banking and finance, acquired mainly with Citibank/Citigroup in Riyadh, Hong Kong and London and with the industry (ABB, Lummus) in Zurich and The Hague.

 

 

When with ABB Lummus in The Hague Jacques was in charge of coordinating multiple large procurement projects both in the upstream and downstream oil industry for an aggregate amount of 8.5bn USD.

 

 

Earlier in his career he also occupied several positions at Citibank in Europe, Middle East and Asia, first in a commercial role and then as an investment banker (as senior credit/security officer) and thereafter became a senior vice president at ABB Ltd. Zurich, responsible for a team of professionals arranging financing for power generation and transmission projects as well as downstream oil & gas and petrochemical projects in Europe, Middle East, Russia and China.

 

 

He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Swicorp Joussour.

 

 

Jacques holds a master’s degree in Finance from Essec (Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) in Paris.
